We are a quaint little bookshop just off the Town
Square in historic downtown Tellico Plains, Tennessee.

   We are the oldest (and still the best) full service
bookstore in Monroe County, offering both new and
gently used books in all categories.  Over 22,000
Volumes currently on our shelves.

   Free out-of-print book search.  Just give us as
much information as you know, and we will search for
your book.  If it exists in a bookshop somewhere, we
can probably find it.  We’ll let you know the price before
we order it.

   Limited book repair service.  Age is catching up with me and I can’t
do all the stuff I once did.  Bring in your repair and I’ll tell you if I can
do it, or not.  I can recommend an excellent Bindery nearby if I can’t do
your repair myself.

   Knowledgeable and friendly staff.  We’ll help you find
exactly what you are looking for - or leave you alone to just
browse to your heart’s content.

    We also keep an extensive ‘wants’
list.  If you enjoy a particular author or
genre, we can keep track of your
interests and give you a call when
something you like comes in.

 Settle into one of our comfortable easy chairs.  Read a few pages of that
interesting book you just found.  Listen to the relaxing music.
